Gardening Services and Consultations are billed at 50.00 per hour (Travel surchages will be added for jobs outside the greater Olympia, WA area).

Landscape Designs are billed by the job, and range between 200.00 - 2000.00 (Travel surchages will be added for jobs outside the greater Olympia, WA area).  I offer several landscape design packages which vary in price depending on the complexity of the plan.  All my designs are CAD drafted, and you receive both a hard copy and digital copy.

Bamboo Care:
Need help with your bamboo? Regardless of where you purchase your bamboo, I will help you plant, or plant your bamboo for you. If you purchase bamboo from Halfside Bamboo, local delivery is included in the service. In addition, I offer expert maintenance services for plantings of all sizes, from large groves to container plants. I use a variety of specialized pruning and thinning techniques to enhance the beauty and vigor of your bamboo, and keep it where it’s supposed to be.

Consulting:
Have some ideas and need a little push in the right direction?  I will consult with you on site, regarding plant choices, bed shapes, walkways, patios and other hardscape elements. For simpler designs, I can help you determine the best locations for your beds, turfgrass and pathway areas, and delineate them with marking paint.

Planting Plans:
Computer Drafted Planting plans start at 200.00.  If your hardscape is already laid out, but you need help with plant selections, I can draft your existing bed shapes and hardscaping, add the plants symbols and identify what each symbol represents, include a complete plant list indicating how many of each plant is needed and the common and botanical names of each. Hardscape Plans:
Hardscape Designs start at 400.00. If you are planning to do the plant selections yourself, but want some help with the bed shapes, pathways, patios, decks, fences, arbors, water features, or other hardscape elements, I will work with you closely to develop, refine, and draft a plan that reflects your desires, and meets your needs functionally. Included are the initial interview, two follow up meetings to present and refine the preliminary plans, and a final meeting for the presentation of the master plan. If you want a simple design for a small space, or for a yard where the choices are limited and do not require the presentation of layout options and refinements, I will design a master plan that includes depictions of all beds, hardscape elements and plants, as well as a complete plant list (includes the common and botanical names of each, and how many of each is required in the design). Custom designs start at 1000.00. If you need a more sophisticated design, I will develop two alternative preliminary plans based on information and requests I gather from you during the initial client interview. Two follow up meetings are scheduled for the presentation and refinement of the preliminary plans, and a final meeting for the presentation of the master plan. The master plan includes depictions of all beds, hardscape elements and plants, as well as a complete plant list (includes the common and botanical names of each, and how many of each is required in the design).
